This home is segmented into two separate units, a 1-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, and a studio bedroom unit with a kitchenette. A full equity golf membership at the country club is included in the sale, a privilege that normally comes at a cost of $60,000 and often involves waiting months or even years for a membership to come available. Owners can occupy their own unit when scheduled in advance

The Inn is well funded and covers all expenses of home ownership, including all maintenance, repairs, HOA dues, and replacement of furniture, appliances, paint, and carpeting, ensuring continuity between the units.
